Result: response time ba trăm xuống sáu mươi ms, checkout completion rate lên 12% quarter. Chín mươi giây nói. Original version ba phút zero numbers.
Result phần make or break và mình không include. Ever. Jake bảo qua mỗi story tìm number kể cả estimate, single change đó khiến mọi thứ khác. "I improved the process" nghe đoán. "Response time dropped 80% checkout completion lên 12%" nghe actually did thing cared enough check.

Không "first looked logs then talked DBA then tried things" mà "profiled service found bottleneck redundant DB calls added caching batched queries." Mười lăm giây nói nhiều hơn hai phút chronological narration.
