This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your InterviewMan subscription. We believe in transparency and want you to understand exactly how cancellations work before you subscribe.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your InterviewMan subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Account Settings: Log into your InterviewMan account, navigate to Settings > Subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@interviewman.com with your account email address
- App Store / Play Store: If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through their respective subscription management settings
When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all premium features until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation
- After your subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the free plan
Annual Subscription Cancellation
For annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time, but access will continue until the end of your annual billing period
- Partial refunds for unused months are generally not provided, but exceptions may be made in certain circumstances
- Contact our support team if you have special circumstances that require early termination
Account Data After Cancellation
After your subscription is cancelled:
- Your account and basic data will be retained, allowing you to resubscribe at any time
- Premium features and data may become inaccessible after your subscription expires
- If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting support
Reactivating Your Subscription
If you change your mind after cancelling, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. Your previous settings and preferences will be restored when you resubscribe.
Termination by InterviewMan
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. In cases of termination for cause, refunds will not be provided.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
