CoderPad detecta AI?

i ran a tool through two live CoderPad rounds and one screen assessment last week and nobody caught anything. i need to write this up because my buddy Jake was not so lucky and what happened to him is what pushed me to de fapt do the research before trying it myself.

He kind of laughed and said CoderPad nu have any scanner that sniffs out extensions like HackerRank does. No engine that reads your code and goes "yeah an AI wrote this." What gets people in trouble is dumber stuff, pasting huge blocks into the editor in one shot, bouncing away from the tab during a proctored test, going from completely stuck to perfect solution in five seconds flat. He also said companies started throwing curveball follow ups at people, like the interviewer will just say "ok now do it a completely different way" and if you freeze because you pasted code you never de fapt understood then thats your whole interview right there.

If your round is a screen assessment just ask the recruiter what proctoring they use because most will tell you. And the thing Marcus drilled into me that i keep coming back to is that on apel lives the human rewatching your keystrokes catches more cheating than any automated system ever will.
